Cancellation & Refund Policy
(Right of Withdrawal)

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you have the right to withdraw from a contract for the purchase of digital content or services within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without providing any reason, provided that the service or delivery has not yet commenced.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Vivien Paul Coaching & Consulting, Hutergasse 19, 92637 Weiden, Germany, email: hello.vpcoaching@gmail.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

 

2. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, your right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content or services that are not delivered on a physical data carrier if:

 

the performance has begun with your prior express consent, and

you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

This applies in particular to:

 

Digital products (such as courses, meditations, templates, downloads)

Online coaching programs and group coaching containers

Services and sessions that begin before the end of the withdrawal period

If you provide your express consent at the time of booking and acknowledge the consequences, you forfeit the right to withdraw once delivery or service provision has commenced.

 

3. Retreats and Offline Events

Bookings for retreats and in-person events are binding. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the participant. However, you may transfer your booking to another individual, subject to prior written agreement.

 

In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, illness, political unrest, or insufficient participant numbers, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Any incurred travel or accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participant and will not be reimbursed.

 

4. Summary of Refund Policy

No refunds are provided once access to digital content or services has been granted.

Payment plans must be completed in full, even if the participant chooses not to attend or complete the program.

Transfers for retreat bookings may be granted on request.

All bookings are final and binding upon confirmation.
